1. Data we collect

• Account: name, email, phone, profile photo, city/country, skills, gender.
• Location: approximate or precise location when searching, going online, or showing a route during a commitment (with your permission).
• Outings, offers and chat: activity description, optional contribution, status, ratings, reports and in-app chat messages.
• Install ID: an app-scoped ID only (not IMEI) to limit abuse.
• Notifications: alerts for offers, jobs or chat when enabled.
• Analytics/crashes: Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.
• Ads: Google AdMob may use advertising IDs under Google’s policies when ads are enabled.

2. How we use data

• Run matching between requests and offers.
• Security and fraud prevention (account or install bans after abuse).
• Improve the product with aggregated analytics.
• Show ads when enabled by the admin.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share the minimum needed with service providers such as Firebase (Google) and AdMob when ads are on. Your phone number may be shown to the other party only after an offer is accepted.

4. Android permissions

• Location — search and route during a commitment.
• Notifications — alerts for offers/jobs/chat.
• Foreground service — listen for offers/jobs/chat in the background.
• Internet / network state — connect to Firebase.

5. Security and encryption

Data in transit uses HTTPS/TLS with Firebase. Data at rest is protected by Google Cloud controls. The app does not provide end-to-end encryption for chat or phone numbers.

6. Retention and account deletion

You can delete your Weyvo account in two ways:

• In the app: Profile → Delete account.
• On this page: sign in with the Google account you use in Weyvo, tick the confirmation box, then tap “Delete my account”.

What gets deleted: your profile, profile photo and online presence; your outing requests, join offers and related chats; ratings and reports linked to your account; and your Weyvo sign-in (authentication account).

Limited records may be kept where required for legal or security reasons.
